Inspiration
Anna and I have a tradition of going to the Desert Botanical Gardens. Most years we go during the day and take in the beautiful landscape and visit the butterfly pavilion (If you haven't ever visited a butterfly pavilion, put it on your list!)

This year we went at night to see the glass exhibit. We are standing in front of one of the sculptures in this picture. They were all breathtaking. Many of them mirrored shapes naturally found in the desert.

I appreciate these moments of inspiration so much. They don't need to be as spectacular as this exhibit to float my boat. Spring time is a source of inspiration in and of itself. The warmth, the sound of the doves, and the increased sunlight at the end of the day. Being inspired (in spirit) is what life's all about.

What's inspiring you?

What a coincidence, my mom just told me the other night she got tickets for us to see the exhibit on Sunday! It will be a great start to my spring break :) And I couldn't agree more about Spring--it is my absolute favorite time of year. I think my friends are tired of hearing me ask "cant you just smelll spring?" You and Anna look so beautiful! I like your shirt!
Much love

Beautiful place. We're going to take the kids soon. Last year our oldest just loved standing in the butterfly pavilion.

As far as daily inspiration, I'm a big fan of watching the sun rise over the mountains in my backyard. It's an awe inspiring event which reminds me, on a daily basis, of life's beauty and possibilities.

Nice Vincent.. Love those Arizona mountains. Enjoy your visit to the Botanical Gardens. Hopefully you'll get there before the light exhibit ends. You have to make reservations in advance, but it's well worth it. And there's nothing more magical than a small child surrounded by butterflies!
